If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@webbiez.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During drops and high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
• Domestic (US) Standard: 5–8 business days after processing.
• Domestic (US) Express: 2–3 business days after processing.
• International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
• Webbiez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
